I will be demonstrating at the Suffern Library as part of the reception for ACWA, Art Center of Northern New Jersey Watercolor Affiliates. The exhibit includes 31 original watercolors by nine members of ACWA. The show is up April 1 thru 28. The reception/demonstration will be Sunday, April 3, 2 to 4:00PM with watercolor demonstrations by myself and fellow artist, Peggy Dressel. The Library is at 210 Lafayette Ave, Suffern NY.

Rock Hall Museum - Plein Aire workshop Tuesdays 11:00 to 2:00 June 7, 14, 21 and 28

New Work in Port Washington

Just delivered new Fall themed work to Ed Stark's Framers Gallery on Shore Rd in Port Washington, for exhibition and framing.

October 23 - I have a second painting up for bidding in the third auction; "White Pine in Snow"  My painting, "Barnyard" was sold in the first auction.

Mary Ann Heinzen is a full time, Rockland County Artist working primarily in watercolor.

Her work has been exhibited throughout the New York, metropolitan area and has received awards from The National Association of Women Artists, The Salmagundi Club, New York City, National Art League in Douglaston, New York, and Best in Show at the Nassau County Museum of Art among others.

Ms. Heinzen works in both representational and abstract styles, where her use of light, contrast and color combine to create dynamic and bold visual statements.
